Ian S. Duncan has overseen the recovery of over $1/4 Billion for personal injury victims throughout his career as a personal injury attorney. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ian relocated to South Florida after graduating magna cum laude from Cabrini University in 2003, where he has built one of the most respected personal injury practices in the region.

Ian attended St. Thomas University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2006. While in law school, Ian clerked for former Chief Judge David M. Gersten of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal.

Ian is licensed to practice law in Florida, Texas, and Arizona and has obtained multiple 7-figure+ recoveries for his clients.

Ian began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, Florida, where he zealously advocated for the victims of violent crimes while gaining extensive trial experience. After trying a litany of cases ranging from misdemeanors to first degree felonies, Ian began practicing as a civil litigator representing numerous large corporations as well as insurance companies and their insureds.

During this time, he litigated cases including wrongful death claims, automotive, trucking and train accidents, as well as slip/trip and fall and other premises liability and negligent security matters.

As a proud husband and father of two girls, Ian understands the importance of family, and appreciates the impact that personal injury can have on the families of victims. As such, he works tirelessly to obtain the best results for his clients and their loved ones.
