Ian Scott Duncan, Esq.
Ian began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, Florida, where he zealously advocated for the victims of violent crimes while gaining extensive trial experience. After trying a litany of cases ranging from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies, Ian began practicing as a civil litigator, representing numerous large corporations as well as insurance companies and their insureds.
During this time, he litigated cases, including wrongful death claims, automotive, trucking, and train accidents, as well as slip/trip and fall and other premises liability and negligent security matters. In doing so, Ian gained valuable insight into the strategies and tactics of large corporate defendants and insurance companies. He has since used his experience and courtroom knowledge to obtain over $1/4 Billion for clients.
Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ian graduated magna cum laude from Cabrini University in 2003. Thereafter, he relocated to South Florida, where he attended St. Thomas University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2006. While in law school, Ian clerked for former Chief Judge David M. Gersten of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal.
Ian is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Texas and has obtained multiple 7-figure recoveries for clients in both states.
As a proud husband and father of two girls, Ian understands the importance of family and appreciates the impact that personal injury can have on the families of victims. As such, he works tirelessly to obtain the best results for his clients and their loved ones.
Mina Dawoud, Esq.
Mina Dawoud began his legal career as a bad faith insurance defense attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida where he gained a tremendous amount of experience working for the major insurance companies. After working for the insurance companies learning the ins and outs of how they operate, Mina began practicing as an advocate for victims injured in car accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful deaths.
Since 2021, Mina has been devoted to representing injured victims against major insurance companies. In 2023 alone, Mina recovered 9.6 million dollars for his clients through his zealous advocacy and experience in this industry.
Originally from Boca Raton, Florida, Mina completed his bachelor’s degree at Florida Atlantic University. Thereafter, he attended The University of Miami School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2019. While in law school, Mina clerked for the Palm Beach County Attorney’s office, and another major insurance defense firm. In 2024, Mina became licensed as an attorney in Texas, where he plans to serve injured victims there as well.
