Attorney, Nicole Palamara, Esq., has over 15 years of litigation experience. She graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of law in Miami, FL in 2009 and began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, gaining invaluable trial experience.

Thereafter, she focused her practice on defending large corporate clients in premise liability cases, auto negligence cases, and products liability cases throughout Florida. She also represented one of the nation’s largest banks in cases involving premise liability, personal injury, and consumer/small business bank fraud. During those years, Nicole gained a wealth of litigation experience and knowledge of how corporate clients, insurance companies, and adjusters value claims.

Nicole joined Duncan Injury Group and now utilizes her skill and experience to help personal injury victims.
