Mindi was born and raised in South Florida. Her mom was a Professor of Education, and her dad was a controller for a telecom company. Her parents instilled these key values: treat others with respect, have integrity, empathy is a strength, always work hard, and never stop learning.

Mindi’s love for creating arguments started at a young age. She was a member of her high school debate team. She won many titles and qualified for nationals her senior year. Mindi continued her educational journey at Emory University and earned her BA in International Studies and German in three years.

Mindi then became the first person in her family to attend law school. She received nearly a full ride to Florida State University College of Law. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail served her well in law school and she graduated magna cum laude. While attending FSU Law, Mindi was also a Staff Editor of Law Review and Business Review.

Mindi has worked in both the public and private sector. Mindi started her legal career defending insurance carriers on issues that ranged from medical malpractice and wrongful death to dog bites to automotive accidents to slip-and-falls to negligent security. Mindi uses that experience to her advantage to fiercely advocate for her clients.
